About the box
Founded in 2019, Hundred Ten CrossFit is a fully-equipped box built around one idea: show up, work hard, and get better together. Our classes blend constantly-varied functional movement — lifting, gymnastics, conditioning — into coach-led sessions that are challenging for the experienced and welcoming for the brand new.
Head coach Nut Rattanathammawat holds a CrossFit Level 2 certificate and leads every session with a focus on solid mechanics first, intensity second. Every workout can be scaled, so you train at the right level for your body today.
No memberships you can't escape. No judgement. Just good training and good people.

Schedule
Group classes run twice daily — a morning and an evening session, so you can train before work or after. Open gym is available throughout opening hours.
